工廠生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品都是一定長度，在現(xiàn)場設(shè)置時盡量使用一條線，需要切斷的線用專用鋸切鋸。 切面盡量平坦，不平坦的地方要用砂紙磨。

7、配制灰漿

施工時應(yīng)用手持式電動攪拌機攪拌，攪拌充分、均勻、稠度適中。

砂漿配制完成后，靜置5分鐘，使用前再次攪拌，混煉后的砂漿要在2小時內(nèi)用完。

8、貼線

聚苯乙烯GRC構(gòu)件膠粘劑使用高質(zhì)量復(fù)合型膠粘砂漿，小型線用全膠粘法粘貼，大型線用點環(huán)結(jié)合法粘貼，用力按壓GRC構(gòu)件完全粘貼在壁面上。

9、安裝錨釘

在線條的設(shè)定部位用錘鉆孔，孔通過GRC線和外壁保溫層，進入基礎(chǔ)壁在50mm以上。 孔的外口略低于內(nèi)口，以免雨水進入墻體系統(tǒng)。

10、接縫處理

安裝時請盡量將接縫對準(zhǔn)后進行密封。 粘合劑養(yǎng)護24小時后，在接縫處涂上灰漿，立即鋪上寬100mm的耐堿網(wǎng)布或無紡布，再涂上灰漿進行干燥。
During installation, please try to align the joint and seal it. After the adhesive is cured for 24 hours, the joint shall be coated with mortar, and 100mm wide alkali resistant mesh cloth or non-woven fabric shall be immediately paved, and then coated with mortar for drying.
11、線的修補

線條安裝在采用后錨的施工方法的同時，在線條安裝中會出現(xiàn)接觸或破損的現(xiàn)象，清掃修理的部位，用GRC板材切斷成與缺損部位相同體積和形狀的GRC材料，用專用粘合劑粘貼，在表面涂抹砂漿和耐堿網(wǎng)布，蓋在周邊50mm以上。
