依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)方案規(guī)定農(nóng)村基層狀況工程施工自然環(huán)境和時(shí)節(jié)，挑選選購(gòu)工業(yè)涂料以及他配套原材料。

關(guān)鍵機(jī)器：

①涂漆專(zhuān)用工具：排筆棕刷料桶等；

②隆源噴涂機(jī)具：空壓機(jī)（大標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣壓10Mpa，排氣管室0.6m3）

作業(yè)環(huán)境：

Working environment:

①混泥土和墻壁抹抹灰砂漿之上的灰完成，且歷經(jīng)干躁，GRC預(yù)制構(gòu)件含水量應(yīng)合乎以下規(guī)定：

① The water content of GRC prefabricated components shall meet the following requirements after the concrete and wall plastering mortar are completed and dry:

表層施涂溶劑型涂料時(shí)，含水量不可超過(guò)8%；

When applying solvent based coating on the surface, the water content shall not exceed 8%;

表層施涂水溶性和浮液建筑涂料時(shí)，含水量不可超過(guò)10%。

When applying water-soluble and floating architectural coatings on the surface, the water content shall not exceed 10%.

②水電工程及機(jī)器設(shè)備頂墻壁預(yù)埋埋件完成。

② Completion of embedded parts on the top wall of hydropower projects and machinery and equipment.

③門(mén)窗制作完成并已施涂一遍功底油（油酯耐磨涂料），如選用機(jī)械設(shè)備噴漆建筑涂料時(shí)，應(yīng)將不噴漆的位置遮住，防止環(huán)境污染。

④水溶性和保濕乳液建筑涂料施涂時(shí)的工作溫度，隆源GRC預(yù)制構(gòu)件應(yīng)按產(chǎn)品手冊(cè)的溫控。冬季房間內(nèi)施涂建筑涂料時(shí)，應(yīng)在集中供暖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下開(kāi)展，室內(nèi)溫度應(yīng)維持平衡，不可忽然轉(zhuǎn)變。

(4) the working temperature of water soluble and moisturizing emulsion building coating is controlled by the temperature control of Longyuan GRC prefabricated component according to the product manual. 分格縫：先依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)方案規(guī)定開(kāi)展吊豎直套方找老規(guī)矩彈分格縫。各項(xiàng)任務(wù)務(wù)必嚴(yán)苛按設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高操縱好，務(wù)必確保房屋建筑四周要交圈，也要考慮到隆源GRC內(nèi)墻涂料工程項(xiàng)目分段進(jìn)行時(shí)，應(yīng)以分格縫墻的陰角線處或水落管等為交界線和沉降縫，豎直分格縫則務(wù)必開(kāi)展吊直，干萬(wàn)不能用尺量，不然差2mm亦會(huì)很顯著，縫格務(wù)必是豎直光潔大小一致等

It can not be measured with a ruler, otherwise the difference of 2mm will be significant, The seam grid must be vertical, smooth, uniform in size, etc
